Following a minor accident, my daughter needed an urgent appointment with the nurse. I called receptionist D who did her very best to fit my daughter in even though the nurse was fully booked. Receptionist D was completely understanding and acknowledged how important it was for my daughter to be seen. Myself and the family are in safe hands at Oakwood Surgery.
