"helpful staff"

About: Rampton Hospital

(as a service user),

I would like to say thank you to the security staff that up date switch games and consoles as they have helped me out when i was in a negative mindset with my mental health and playing on my switch helps me to slow things down and concentrate on something else other than negative thoughts, even if it is only for a short period of time. just to be clear it is only the security staff up dating switch games for us not everyone in security. we all know who these 2 individuals are. so thank you.

Adrian and I really appreciate you taking the time to post a story about your experience. As you know, this month we tried a different approach (based on previous feedback) to make sure that both ward owned, and patient owned Nintendo Switches are kept up-to-date to resolve any bug fixes etc.

Whilst Adrian and I appreciate your thanks, your clinical team(s) facilitated the delivery and collection of the Nintendo Switches, they know how important gaming is to many patients for the reasons that you gave. Your clinical team have facilitated, alongside many other competing priorities, meaning that they deserve all our thanks as well.
