"Exceptional care from my GP"

About: General practices in Greater Glasgow & Clyde

(as a service user),

Doctor Taylor met with me today and listened thoroughly to everything that I had to say about my health, my mental health, physical health and took a really holistic view what she could do to make me feel better.

I feel listened to, I feel that I have made informed decisions about my own health and well-being and I feel like I had a conversation with human who genuinely cared about my well-being. She took the time to look at me, which made me feel listened to.

I also know with 100% confidence that she will follow up on the things that she intended to do the end of my appointment because I feel as if she genuinely cares about me. I can’t thank you enough for the care that you gave me today you are a fantastic doctor and anyone you care for is lucky to have you look after them.
