"Took the time to listen to my questions and concerns"

About: Community Nursing Services / Rushcliffe Continence Clinic

(as the patient),

I started with an uncontrollable weak bladder about 18 months ago which I found very distressing. I was referred to Kay at the clinic. Throughout Kay has been empathetic and took the time to listen to my questions and concerns.

This was important to me as I am also having challenges with the menopause. Kay expertly balanced the need for me to take responsibility to complete the exercises and heed lifestyle advice together with managing my expectations that there 'is no quick fix' .

I made progress each time I had a follow up appointment and was discharged last week. Excellent service.
