"Saving my family from an expensive wasted journey"

I'd just like to pass my thank on to Site Manager Anthony and Staff Nurse Jordan who at the weekend managed to sort out an in-person visit for me at the very last minute.

My family had turned up at Rampton for a visit believing it to have been booked in for that day. It turned out that it was in fact booked in for the following weekend. It's a round trip of almost 300 miles for them & they really struggle to afford the petrol.

Even though they only had ¼ of an hour to sort the paperwork and re-arrange staffing, the two staff mention above managed to sort out a visit for me, saving my family from an expensive wasted journey.
