I am over a year overdue for a smear test because I cant get an appointment. For months I have been told that I have to keep ringing back to see if more appointments have become free as they cannot book anything over a month. I was told that they had no nurses and that I would have to go to a walk in clinic at the hospital.
The receptionists are snappy and do not want to help.
Constantly told that I have to go to Whipton branch which is nowhere near where I live. If there are no staff at Southernhay just close it!
Drs themselves are actually very helpful when you can get to see them.
Odd that there are 'no' appointments and yet the waiting room is always empty.
No online option to book appointments.
Drs have actually agreed that reception are awkward and advised that Drs themselves have access to offer additional appointments which reception don't have access to.
Seriously considering changing surgeries.
