(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I was happy with all aspects of my treatment and the care and consideration of every member of staff I encountered.

I was confident that every member of staff would act to the best of their capability.

I was impressed that Dr Solomon, the three clinical nurse specialists, Martin, Donna and Jo. Kelly (nurse) visited me on the ward on more than one occasion.
