Andrew has been so amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better person to support me. You've been there for me when I needed you and helped me through the worst of my ups and downs. I feel more stable and happy now than when you first met me two years ago.

I was feeling very down about my job and had a long time off work with very bad depression. I thought I was going to lose my job. I explained the situation to him and Andrew was there for me every step of the way. He attended work meetings with me and spoke on my behalf when I was too upset to speak. 

Andrew met my manager with me and helped me to understand any questions, and helped me to answer them. My workload and duties are much better for me now thanks to Andrew, who stood by me through my worst times. 

If I ever need employment support again I will be asking for Andrew.

I manage a team of employment specialists which is attached to Mansfield, Ashfield and Newark& Sherwood LMHT. the service supports the service users to seek suitable job opportunities by offering intense support that is responsive to individuals' strenghts, skills abilities and percieved barriers and follows this with time unlimited on job support to help sustian employment. provides employment support, careers advise and guidance to the service users who are under the care of AMH.
