About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Pre-Operative Assessment

(as a service user),

I recently attended pre assessment, where I was greeted by a lovely clerkess . I met some of the  team and they were so friendly and communicative .

I was seen by Lorraine who was so very meticulous, she reassured me and took amazing care of me. 

She gave me time to ask questions and answered them all making me feel validated and listened to .

Treated me with dignity, care and compassion. 

Thanks for this and it’s very appreciated .
