Despite the pressure the Surgery is obviously experiencing I can't fault the continued care and attention to my ongoing issues.
I'm treated with respect and courtesy and recently I had a call from a member of staff to check how I was even though I hadn't requested.
Our Health Service is broken but I believe the Surgery always tries to help it's patients when it can
