"Colliers Court"

The evidence for some of this is on my medical record, I have some audio recordings (taken for my security). some are anecdotal, some are experiences/"feelings", some are things other people may be able to confirm.

I may need to speak with caution

Unfortunately Colliers has caused me nothing but stress, hassle, and battles to correct wrong information over 2-3 years, with no benefits.

My mental health has deteriorated while at Colliers, because of Colliers. I do not look forward to their communication.

I think I was wrongly referred- wrongly diagnosed (I may be able to prove this)- prescribed unnecessary medication (I may be able to prove this)- injected with unnecessary medication that caused problems- feedback from myself ignored.

All of my summary letters contained errors. Colliers did not give me any information about how to rectify this. I had to go through Patient Liaison (a dept Colliers did not tell me about), who then contacted someone at Colliers, to add notes to my medical record - they cannot change what's already there, they can only add a note to say to disregard other information.

My nhs medical record has never been so incorrect.

Documentation and requests, and "care needs" from myself ignored. I wasn't prepared for how much Colliers were going to ignore everything I said.

They were there when they were unwanted, and weren't there when I did request.

My 1st opinion psychiatrist strongly resisted my request for a 2nd opinion (I have possible audio evidence of this, and a medical record letter which falsely stated he did not resist the request for a 2nd opinion).

I believe one of the clinicians behaves in a corrupt way. I could not register a complaint because reception did not tell me about the complaints procedure within the time scale allowed for registering a complaint.

Reception felt like a brick wall. I had zero confidence any of my messages would get to the right person and very little evidence they actually did ("why are you asking me that? I already covered it in the document I sent").

Psychiatrists responses clearly suggesting they either didn't understand what I was describing (this seems to be bothering you), or simply didn't believe or ignored what I was telling them.

All of the psychiatrists I saw put words into my mouth, and these ended up on my medical record.

It felt as though the psychiatrists had predecided they didn't believe whatever it was I was telling them, and had already classified me under part of a text book.

My diagnosis and "meds" giving me absolutely no benefits and being the cause of many problems (strange side effects to possibly unneeded medication, and non doctors blaming my "behaviour" on "my diagnosis", etc).

My time with Colliers has taught me not to trust psychiatrists - at least not the ones I have met. It has also shown me some of the faults in the psychiatric system.

The past couple of years have given me endless hassle dealing with a system/department that I have been told is for my benefit.

If my medical record is indicative of mental health in England, then a significant amount of information recorded is wrong or incorrect.

I'm reminded of the phrase "we are going to help you even if it kills you". I do have issues that colliers aren't dealing with. It's like having a puncture and Colliers won't stop trying to fix power steering which isn't broken. I do not know if Colliers is representative of the mental health system as a whole.
