About: North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust

I was picked up at Flat 1, 12 duke street, liverpool l1 5ga on thursday 25th July by ambulance called for from my doctor at ropewalks, argyle street. dawn and wendy were the team that helped me get ready to go into hospital. They were lovely, very gentle and understanding. They were like a comfy blanket around me. I was feeling very unwell and they made me feel less anxious, they were very professional and efficient in their manner. I couldn't praise them high enough, I was so grateful to them and want to thank them from the bottom of my heart. Please pass on my respect and thanks to them both. They are stars to be sure.
