Extremely difficult to even get an appointment, can't understand a word the receptionists are saying. I've had samples go missing and had to go back and do it all over again, no empathy, no one knows what they are doing here and most importantly, there is absolutely no diversity at this surgary. None whatsoever. Come on Shaftesbury Medical Centre, you can do better than this surely.
