Took my mum for an appointment today at Vascular at Worcester Hospital (Sorrell Suite).
We saw a Vascular Nurse Practitioner called Olga. She was so good with my mum (who does tend to get quite confused at times).
Very patient and excellent explanations that my mum could understand. She then got the Consultant to pop in just to confirm that he agreed with Olga. He also was excellent.
My mum was extremely anxious beforehand in case we didn't manage to get disabled parking space but we did. Took about 45 mins though to leave the hospital site due to traffic.
