About: Community Mental Health Teams

(as a service user),

My support worker is exceptional. She only carries out telephone calls, but that is all I need. She is an asset to the service. Better than qualified staff and really cares 100%. She mainly works on duty but have kept me alive for 2 years. I cannot thank her enough. What a legend.
