"The quality of medical support and treatment were first class"

About: Rapid Response Teams / Rapid response teams Enniskillen South West Acute Hospital / Infection Prevention and Control

(as the patient),

I was unwell because of an infection and after being in hospital for a couple of days, I am not sure the medical practitioners could precisely diagnose my condition.

However, the quality of medical support and treatment I personally received were first class. Form the general workers such as the cleaners, helpers and assistants, to the nurses, junior doctors and consultants were all kind, friendly and sincere.

I was treated not only as a patient in a bed but as a person with a medical situation and they wanted to get me on the path of recovery. The team of practitioners that was around me in hospital only wanted the best for me. Thus, they arranged for me to go home with the agreement that I will receive further treatment at the Rapid Response team in the Erne health care centre in Enniskillen. The nurses, team leaders and sisters worked in harmony and my health and treatment were their focus.

Visiting the Rapid Response Team, every day the last 7 days were pleasant and we enjoyed many joyful moments. I can honestly thank them all for their support  and high quality practice they provided. Thank you.

Dear Service user,

I am pleased to hear you had a smooth transition from hospital to our community team and had such a positive experience completing your treatment with the Rapid Response team in Enniskillen.

As a team, we really value patient feedback and I have made staff aware of your review and the positive impact they have made on your recovery. This has been so rewarding for staff to hear and I wish to personally thank you for taking the time to submit a review of your experience.

I wish you good health for the future and thank you again.

Kind regards,

Lisa Mullan
