A district nurse recently came into my home, at the time I was upstairs helping to give my wife a shower, so I wasn’t the quickest in answering the door, so to my surprise they just walked in and said I have been asked to drop off some paper work, so goodbye.
I know they were most probably under time pressure back just walk in, hmm , then I knew that I had seen them before, they were the district nurse who came into my home and took some staples out of my knee. I asked them to look at the back of that leg as I had open sores on it from when I was discharged from hospital. They took a look and tried to put a plaster on the largest sore that soon fell off, they said they couldn’t do anything about them because I had hairy legs.
They couldn’t finish taking the staples out as my leg started to bleed so they stopped and put a replacement long plaster on and reinstalled the pico on and someone would come along in a couple of days. It seems that some people who are supposed to be in the caring game should have some care in them, not doing half a job
