"I was made to feel welcome and comfortable"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Accident & emergency

(as a service user),

I was seen quickly by a lovely doctor named Emily.

I was made to feel welcome and comfortable by all staff in the department. I was very fortunate to be seen quickly in these very difficult times for the NHS

I cannot fault the care I received at all from everyone in accident and emergency.
