"Service was excellent and investigations done quickly"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Maternity care

(as a service user),

I had to contact EPAS in Crosshouse Hospital twice in my first 7 weeks of pregnancy. Both times I was seen by helpful, friendly and respectful staff. Despite NHS pressures, the service I received was excellent and investigations and reviews done very quickly. On the second occasion I was seen by an excellent FY2 (?Eiriin), midwife, Jane and registrar Alistair. I am really impressed with the service and feel thankful to have access to this department.
