"Fracture Clinic Reception poor face to face"

About: Torbay Hospital

Reception closed sign up till 0840 this morning yet appointment for 0830. Lady serving- no “good mornings” or even a hello , no smile. Second time didn’t even look at me just stuck her hand out to get the paperwork. Poor Staff to Patient front desk attitude. It’s not hard to smile and be polite
