"Made me feel at ease"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I was in the Endoscopy Unit for a Colonoscopy yesterday. The staff were all lovely and made me feel at ease despite being a bit anxious about the procedure. It all went well and was over before I knew it, with a good outcome.

I am glad to hear that our staff were able to put you at ease whilst you were under their care and that you received such reassuring, friendly and professional care from them.
