Dear JohnE,

Many thanks for taking the time to send this lovely feedback regarding the nursing care that the district nurses aligned to Quayside Medical provided for you following your recent fall. I know they all work very hard and they will be delighted to know that they have made a difference to your recovery.

I will ensure that the team are all made aware of your heartening feedback and I wish you well and hope you continue to improve as you recover at home.

Warm regards

Maggie
