"Helpful and caring staff, thank you all"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Gynaecology (Ward 32) Royal Alexandra Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics (wards 21-23)

(as a service user),

I had to call an ambulance from home due to dislocating my shoulder. I cannot praise the ambulance service enough.

I was admitted to wards 23 then 32. I was a patient for one week. All staff, nurses, drs, domestics, kitchen staff, other patients, physios, occupational health, X-ray and porters could not be any more helpful and understanding.

Making me feel at ease. All questions answered with a very caring attitude.

Thank you all, much appreciated.

Dear HeatherHelensb,

Thank you for your lovely feedback following your orthopaedic surgery and being boarded to Ward 32.

The nurses, doctors, domestics, kitchen staff, physios, occupational health, X-ray and porters will be delighted to find you found them helpful and understanding - as well as the other patients.

I will share this with my orthopaedic colleagues too.

I wish you a speedy recovery.

Kind regards,

Nikki
