"The service I received was faultless throughout"

About: Nightingale Hospital Exeter / South West Ambulatory Orthopaedic Centre

(as a service user),

I went into the Nightingale Hospital recently for my second knee replacement under Mr Eyres, 13 weeks after the first. Once again the service I received was faultless throughout, the staff were always kind and helpful, and the whole process super-efficient.  Special thanks to Mr Eyres for ringing my wife straight after the procedure to tell her how it had gone: this is an extra touch that we really appreciated.  Thanks for letting me stay overnight as I had come all the way from West Cornwall. The NHS may be struggling, but this corner of it is brilliant.
