"Outstanding level of care from an amazing nurse"

Was seen by a highly skilled, empathetic and diligent nurse practitioner twice this week. She listened without judgement, conducted a thorough examination, involved me in decision making and made sure I understood to contact her again if my symptoms worsened. Went back after a speedy response from Dr C via the NHS app and she examined me again immediately referred me to hospital - which was absolutely the right decision as I was diagnosed with pneumonia and was x-rayed and hooked up to a nebuliser and IV meds pretty quickly!

So grateful to her and won't forget her kindness.
