Anything else?
After only a 7 day wait I arrived for my appoint on the 8.12.13. at 7.45 am, for what was going to be a very personal and embarrassing procedure. Or so I thought. I was received and booked promptly and shown to a changing room. Never was I kept waiting. the admitting Nurse was friendly and efficient. |The Doctor then came and saw me and asked if I had any questions. I was shown into the procedure room, and was greeted by two very friendly nurses, who introduced themselves. The procedure was conducted without any feeling of embarrassment or distress to my self and I was left fully informed and taken to a recovery unit to rest for a while, with another very friendly nurse and discharged within the hour. I would like to say a very big thank you to the whole Department. You always hear of the troubles of the NHS but rarely of good service received. Well, I was very impressed with all concerned and thank you once again. Yours sincerely Cheryl Arnaz PS Please pass this on to the Endoscopy Dept to show a grateful patients appreciation
