"Excellent service"

My wife has an existing condition which generates varying and sometimes debilitating effects. Whichever GP we see shows care and compassion as well as professionalism. Last week though my wife suffered violent attacks of Trigeminal Neuralgia in her jaw - not related to her existing condition. Our immediate concern was pain relief. I received a phone call back within one hour of asking for help. I discussed options with the doctor and within 30 minutes I was picking up a prescription from the Chemist. That was great but so was the concern shown by the Doctor. I was left reassured I should get back to her immediately if things did not improve significantly within the day. The support shown to me, as a carer, was much appreciated. Over these last few years the media have picked up on patients difficulties in accessing GP services across parts of the UK. Not something I have encountered with the Conway Road practice since we move back to Sale. Excellent service. Thank You.
