(as the patient),

I attended Forth Valley Royal Hospital trauma clinic last week after a shoulder injury.

Mr Raza saw me along with Staff Nurse Shindy. They were incredibly helpful and kind.

Jackie on the X ray reception desk was also brilliant, ditto radiographer Richard. 

Great experience of thoughtful care.
