"Staff were very cheerful, welcoming and professional"

About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Ear, Nose & Throat

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter has been attending Mr Devlin for sometime and recently had a review appointment with him.

The admin and Nursing staff were very cheerful, welcoming and professional.

Mr Devlin had a medical student in attendance and introduced him to myself and my daughter.

Mr Devlin has always been very kind, caring and attentive with my daughter and makes her feel very at ease which is very important to us both as she has complexed medical needs and ASD.

Mr Devlin goes above and beyond with her and we really appreciate everything he does. Keep up the great work Mr Devlin and everyone on level 8C ENT RVH 5⭐️

Dear TClydedale

Thank you for taking time to provide such lovely and positive feedback on your daughter’s recent experience at 8C ENT outpatients department.

It is very nice to read your kind words about Mr Devlin, ENT Head & Neck surgeon and how supportive, kind and attentive he has been to your daughter and you to date especially given her ASD diagnosis.

Furthermore it’s reassuring to hear that everyone you met from administrative, nursing and medical students were very cheerful, welcoming and professional.

I have shared this feedback with Mr Devlin and the all team in 8C ENT.

Many thanks,

Eugene Douglas,

Assistant Services Manager
