I received a telephone call from Ms Scott Registered Genetic Counsellor.
Ms Scott was very patient and took her time explaining everything in great detail to me. Ms Scott also gave me time to ask any questions and listened to my concerns.
I felt very content and reassured by the end of the telephone consultation. A very good service to patients and their family.
