I would just like to take the time to thank Alana for the outstanding support she provided for me and my husband during a difficult time through the MNPI service. She is one of life's true angels and we will always be so grateful that Alana came into our lives.

Alana put a lot of time and effort into our hospital stay that we felt safe, supported and comfortable throughout and had a very positive experience, which we never imagined was possible. We would never have got through this without her support. 

I would also like to thank Claire for her care when we were in the maternity ward after having our baby. She was so patient and went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after and gave us the confidence and knowledge to look after our baby. We are so grateful to Claire. 

Charlotte from Perinatal has been a fantastic and consistent support and has really helped us to understand our situation better. She created  step by step plan of manageable targets that we have achieved and are in a much better place now. Thank you Charlotte. 

Our Health Visitor Elaine is a ray of sunshine who is so experienced in her role, she has been brilliant at communicating with us and our doctors. We love when we have a visit from Elaine. 

Our experience of all the maternity team has been excellent and very positive. I am so glad I was at Wishaw to deliver my baby and the support and help from the team has changed my life.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback about your experience in maternity care at University Hospital Wishaw.

I am so pleased to hear of the excellent support and advice you received from Claire on the postnatal ward. I am so glad that you felt reassured and she gave you confidence in looking after your little one.
