"Colposcopy treatment-amazing staff"

All round the experience was excellent I couldn’t fault any of the team who dealt with me. Rao was my consultant, she explained everything that was going to happen before doing the procedure, asking questions of past medical history, allergies etc, was quick and reassuring throughout the procedure. Emma (SN) and Janet (AN) were also present and they were keeping me occupied whilst having the procedure done and making me aware of what was happening and also asking questions to take my mind of the current situation due to becoming quite anxious.

After the procedure, Janet supported me up from the bed as I did that I became lightheaded, and felt like I was going to faint, both Janet and Emma were quick responded to how I was feeling, lying me down, getting me a cup of water, they all took the time to reassure me and making sure I was ok before leaving and did not rush me until I felt well enough to leave.

I Really cannot fault the team. They really made me feel valued and worked in such a person centred approach! The team were all so lovely, had a good sense of humour and instantly put me at ease! Thank you so much for taking care of me and getting me through the procedure! You all are truly amazing!!
