About: South West & Southampton Division / Frailty Support Team - Eastleigh and Southern Parishes

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

They were very good. Came out very quickly. Advised to reduce my fluid intake -that worked and surprised no else had thought of that before. All staff excellent, everbody did their bit.

In hospital for 16 days, nice to be home with support from the Frailty team.

Brilliant!
