"Gave me the confidence to start my life again"

I had the worst experience of a car hitting myself and my son in our car and then they hit a child.

It has been a painful year with diagnosed PTSD.

Over a year of my life had stopped the painful memories nightmare fear!!!

I had talking therapy then CBT. Both gave me little bits I tried to use, however the PTSD was still very severe.

I worked with Kevin through EMRD. He really has helped, after just a few sessions I could feel the difference, he gave me the confidence to start my life again.

I was in a truly dark hole but with EMRD and Kevin’s help I’m now re-building my life.

I still have PTSD but I can managed some of the symptoms now when they arise.

Please try these services, even the talking therapy and CBT gave me some relief.
