I discovered some abnormalities with my penis and I wanted them checked. I can not say I was nervous at all I felt I was dealt with in the most professional discretion. I cannot fault anything if anything the team deserve praise for their professional and confident way in which they work. I will also say that it's nice to not feel rushed through an appointment and I know that all of my concerns were listened to and addressed.

We are very happy to hear you felt staff were professional and discreet. We understand patients feel nervous and embarrassed, We want patients to feel safe, to not feel rushed in an appointment and get the right care they need.
