About: Inverclyde Royal Hospital / Dermatology

(as a service user),

Attended today with a rash, consultant, Dr May, nurse Linda and the care assistants and receptionist were all fantastic from start to finish. I had bloods taken, a biopsy and lotion applied. Every procedure was fully explained, staff were reassuring and empathetic. A potentially traumatic appointment was made so much easier by the wonderful staff.
