"Friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease"

I had an appointment with Linda for my new breast prosthesis. After a pretty negative experience the first time I was apprehensive about coming back , however my second experience could not have been more different. Linda was so friendly , knowledgeable and made me feel at ease . She was so experienced and I was confident in her helping me pick my ‘new boobs’.  I understand the new service means she sees women post surgery then will see them again when they have to get their prosthesis , this will make their experience a much more positive one .  Linda is just fantastic member of the team.
