"I was seen extremely quickly and I was really impressed"

I was not aware of the new system of booking of appointments with physiotherapy consultants. ie not going through one's G.P.

After calling physiotherapy department and relaying my problem I was seen extremely quickly and I was really impressed. I asked to see Holly, my physio seen before, who is excellent, very understanding, patient and tremendous help with my problem. Thank you so much for bringing my appointment forward and thank Holly for seeing me at such short notice.

All a positive experience for me. Hearing so many people complaining about NHS services I am relieved and pleased to make a positive statement regarding my treatment, surgery, doctors, etc., including ancillary services ie physiotherapy department at Fordingbridge. Thank you.
