About: Adult Community District Nursing Teams / Beechall District Nursing Team

(as a service user),

I would like to leave positive feedback for District Nurses, Sarah, Brenda, Rhona and Margarita. I want to recommend them and thank them for their care, compassion and kindness. They have given me a lot of reassurance and have been wonderful. I am so grateful for the way they have looked after me. They are absolutely wonderful.

 I would also like to thank all the staff at Care Opinion for all the wonderful work you are doing. Thank you.
