"I found that my experience was more positive here"

About: Arnold Lodge Regional Secure Unit

(as a service user),

I was in prison for about 6 month then was transferred to this hospital which suited me better.

I found that my experience was more positive here and I was able to function better.

There are a lot of groups I do and the gym facilities are good and the food is good and I am well looked after.

I always take my meds and if I need to speak to a member of staff about a personal issue I am confident I can approach the office.
