"Could not fault the service from start to finish"

About: Sidwell Street Clinic / Exeter Sexual Health

(as a service user),

I attended an appointment at Exeter Sexual Health Clinic for a removal of a coil and a sexual health check.

I could not fault the service from start to finish, from booking an appointment to the procedure itself, every interaction I had exceeded my expectations.

Staff were kind, professional, affable and highly competent. I felt like a human being, which I think can’t always be said within an NHS context!
