Tried the app as my cough can make talking difficult. I remained connected on the app followed the basic instructions, fulfilled the information asked at (3.30) simply looking to change an appointment date but left the chat window after 20 minutes. Don’t think I will use it again… very disappointing as it could be a great asset to patients, carers and staff.
