I had to have an MRI under the 2 week wait brain cancer scan method and its been over a month since, I have chased numerous times both darenth Valley & my doctors direct and they have magically lost my MRI results!!!

We are writing to express our apologies for the distressing situation you have encountered regarding your MRI scan. We understand that you underwent the MRI under the two-week wait brain cancer scan method, and it has now been over a month since the procedure without any results being provided.
It is deeply concerning to learn that despite numerous follow-ups your MRI results appear to have been misplaced. This is completely unacceptable, and we can only imagine the frustration and anxiety this has caused you.
Your health and peace of mind are of utmost importance, and we deeply regret the oversight that has led to this situation. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work to resolve this issue.
