I have enjoyed the course, enjoyed the support and I feel the encouragement has been fantastic.
I feel the benefit from the course hugely.
It has greatly improved confidence with walking. I will continue doing exercises at home, and I have encouragement for this from my partner.
Presentations have been beneficial and I can see they have been beneficial for others in the class.
Course has been excellent, no improvements needed.
