"First Experience of Hospital Stay"

Went to Cheltenham ED by choice from 111, quite quickly seen, then referred to Gloucester Hospital Ward 5b at 8pm, my hubby was called into to be triaged by two nurses who took bloods and details at 10pm, then he was seen by a doctor who then arranged for him to stay in overnight for an operation the following day.

The two members of staff on Ward 5b, Bay C, were very good, they kept him well informed throughout his stay, thank you Ward 5b and to everyone we dealt with for you all being very efficient, quickly processing my hubby and generally making him feel comfortable and making him feel at ease, especially as he has never been in hospital in his entire life.
