It was always a nightmare trying to get an appointment at Eaton Wood. Ringing dead on 8am just to find you were 24th in the queue only to have a medical professional call you back later. Face to face appointments were almost impossible to get! Any later and you were just told that all the appointments had gone and to call back the next day, however, I have been very impressed with the sevice I have received since MMP have installed a new appointment booking system. Twice now I have completed the on line form and twice I received a text with an appointment for the same day.
It really is very simple to use and I could even upload photographs of my issue (luckily it wasn't anything too embarrassing!).
