(as the patient),

I had an infected head wound which needed attention.  The nurse was amazing and was very thorough in her treatment of the wound.  I felt very confident in her ability to cure me and she also was very gentle considering how red and sore the wound was.  She was also friendly and most of all, I felt safe.
