"Several visits for ongoing issue"

About: The Great Western Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a service user),

Urgent care was well organised, well triaged and friendly.

Follow up phone calls to clarify medication also excellent.

Walk in x-ray as ordered by GP was simple efficient and didn't involve much of a wait. 

Navigator in urgent care when above and beyond to be helpful and friendly.
