"100% pure orange juice price"

at the zest shop here at Rampton they've not sold 100% pure orange juice for over a year now until today (3rd September) when i went and now they are selling 330ml pure orange juice for £1.77 more than twice the value price of fizzy pop's such as Pepsi etc when before it was twice as cheap as the value price of fizzy pop's only £1.10 for 1 litre of pure orange juice (3x more the amount of the 330ml pure orange juice for a much cheaper price) i don't know whether or not they will continue to sell the small bottles of pure orange juice, i hope they find some bigger and/or better value pure orange juice to sell

Thank you for sharing your feedback that you now have an option to buy chilled 100% pure orange juice from the patient shop.
Unfortunately, fresh fruit juices are currently more expensive than some of the fizzy drink lines. The pure orange juice was compared with two high street retailers (Morrisons and Tesco) who are selling 300ml between £1.65 and £1.90.
We will continue to work with our suppliers and pass on any alternatives or promotions that become available within the patient shop.

at the zest shop they were selling 1 litre for £1.10 only last year so why the massive increase of 330ml being much more expensive than 1 litre!? fizzy pop prices are fine I was just comparing prices with orange juice being twice as cheap only last year but now it's twice as expensive

Thank you for your feedback with the price comparisons of orange juice.
Our retail services are working with a range of suppliers to seek best value. We are subject to a fluctuating market and accessibility of product lines which has seen prices fluctuate within the last 12 months.
The retail team are now working with a new supplier who supply individual plastic bottles of 100% orange juice, they will be available to purchase in the patient shop for 77p.
