"An extremely valuable service run by caring professionals."

About: Adult Disability Services / Sensory Disability Teams

(as a service user),

I have tinnitus which can be a very debilitating condition and was referred to the sensory disability team.

I found Colette and her staff to be caring, helpful and understanding of this difficult to manage condition.

They understand how it effects every aspect of daily life , the difficulty in sleeping, staying asleep and the need for supportive actions.(including the work environment)

I will be eternally grateful for the help and advice I received to help me manage.

An extremely valuable service run by caring professionals.

Thank you so much for taking the time to contact us and share your thoughts and your experience with the Sensory Teams Tinnitus groups. Its heart warming to hear the Tinnitus groups have met your needs and more importantly given you the understanding and techniques to live well with tinnitus. Thank you so much for the very positive feedback.

I will pass this kind message to Colette and her team and I know they will appreciate your very kind words.

Many thanks again and best wishes,
